Since 2010, we have worked to create opportunities for young people to realize their full potential while promoting good governance, reducing poverty, and improving quality of life.
Guided by our core values of excellence, accountability, integrity, innovation, trust, and people-centered service, we are dedicated to grooming the next generation of leaders with a global perspective. GLOFORD Uganda has remained committed to transforming communities and empowering young people since 2010 through strong partnerships, dedicated service, and Christian values. With the support of stakeholders and partners, the organization has achieved significant impact in creating opportunities for youth to thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
Guided by the 2023–2028 Strategic Development Plan, GLOFORD aims to empower over 400,000 people, especially youth, across the Lango and Northern regions through programs focused on governance, health, education, and poverty reduction. The Board of Directors remains committed to upholding the organization’s core values of leadership, excellence, integrity, innovation, and people-centered service as it continues working toward a more just, empowered, and equitable future for all.
