Quarter One Staff Meeting The Quarter One Staff Meeting brings together the team to reflect on the organization’s journey during the first quarter of the year. The meeting provides an opportunity to share key progress, achievements, lessons learned, and departmental updates while strengthening teamwork and collaboration across the organization. During the session, staff will review milestones achieved, discuss ongoing projects, assess challenges encountered, and outline strategic priorities and planned activities for the next quarter. The meeting also creates space for learning, accountability, innovation, and aligning all teams toward the organization’s mission and goals. This engagement reinforces our commitment to transparency, teamwork, continuous improvement, and impactful service delivery within the communities we serve.
