The Specialist will work closely with the Board and Senior Management to provide technical expertise in identifying, nurturing, and managing talent across GLOFORD Uganda and the GLOFORD Institute of Innovation. The role will focus on strengthening people systems, enhancing leadership capacity, and implementing sustainable talent development strategies aligned with the organization’s vision.
The Local Fundraising Specialists will play a critical role in expanding GLOFORD’s local resource base and promoting a sustainable culture of local giving and partnership. They will design and implement strategic local fundraising plans, mobilize financial and in-kind contributions, and build resilient local donor and partner networks.
