Peter Otim brings over 15 years of financial management experience in the non-profit sector. He holds a CPA qualification and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Makerere University Business School. He joined Gloford in 2015.

Peter oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, donor reporting, procurement, HR, and compliance. He manages relationships with external auditors and ensures that the organization meets the regulatory requirements of the Uganda National NGO Bureau and all funding partners.

Under Peter's stewardship, Gloford has maintained clean audit opinions for eight consecutive years and has never had a compliance finding from any donor review. He introduced the organization's current financial management system and internal controls framework.

Peter is committed to making financial information accessible to all stakeholders. He leads the production of the annual financial report and presents financial results at the annual community gathering in plain, jargon-free language.
