Emmanuel Bua leads Gloford's communications function and manages Information Communication and technology. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from Lira University and started his career as a Network specialist/System administrator from Lira Regional hospital in Lira, northern Uganda.

Emmanuel joined Gloford in 2025 to help in Information ,community and Technology.
