Our internships are designed for emerging professionals who want real exposure to community development work. Interns work alongside experienced staff on real projects — not make-work assignments.
Available Tracks
Work directly with one of our four programs in a field setting. Ideal for public health, agriculture, social work, or development studies.
Support our radio station, digital content, photography, and storytelling. Great for journalism, media, and communications students.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and report writing. Suited for statistics, social sciences, or public policy.
Support headquarters functions including procurement, HR, and financial reporting.
Internships typically last 3-6 months and begin with a two-week orientation. A small stipend and transport allowance are provided.
