About This Role

The consultant will provide overall technical leadership, coordination, and oversight of WASH, Gender, and Climate Adaptation activities to ensure quality delivery, accountability, and impact.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, implementation, and coordination.
Ensure integration of WASH, gender equality, disability inclusion, MHM, and climate resilience in all interventions.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality assurance.
Oversee monitoring, reporting, learning, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, safeguards, and quality standards.

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Water Engineering, Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in WASH programming, project management, gender integration, and climate adaptation.
Strong leadership, technical reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
