About This Role

GLOFORD Uganda is seeking a results-driven Local Fundraising Specialist (Consultant) to support the organization in mobilizing resources from local individuals, businesses, foundations, and institutions in Uganda to advance development, innovation, agribusiness, and social enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement local fundraising strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
Identify, engage, and cultivate local donors including individuals, corporations, foundations, and institutions.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and appeals for local funding opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing donors.
Work with program teams to align fundraising efforts with GLOFORD’s priorities and impact.
Track, report, and analyze fundraising performance against quarterly targets.
