Hi, I’m Donalds Emmanuel Ogwang!
I’m a dedicated individual passionate about leveraging data to drive and extract meaningful changes. With experience in various institutions of learning and organizations, I’ve honed my data analysis, management, and reporting skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Statistics obtained from Kyambogo University earned me the knowledge that acted as an acceleration to dive into the community and gain more experience in various organizations, including Lira Regional Referral Hospital and Uganda Police Force Headquarters in which I initiated and enrolled as an internee, where I earned a lot of experience that I am increasingly building upon.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m deeply committed to community development, evident through my volunteer work at Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda, in which I am currently volunteering in the Design Monitoring and Evaluation Department (DM&E) that is supporting and cutting across different projects within the organization. I also support the communications department that focuses on handling social media platforms and keeping the world updated about various activities within and outside the organization.
Whether learning new skills, embarking on adventures, I believe in making a positive impact within the community that I serve and wherever I go.
As a member of GLOFORD, I am dedicated to fulfilling the organization’s mission of mentoring youths and leaders and empowering communities. And this is through constant engagement with the different communities and building up the potential of youths such that they can live a sustainable life.
What sets me apart is my ability to learn from various people, bring inovations that add value to the organization and also adapt to combining technical expertise with effective communication and leadership. Fresh perspective to every project, utilizing advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, programming languages, and strong interpersonal skills to drive success.
A belief in integrity, innovation, and collaboration drives me. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue contributing to organizational objectives while continually enriching my own capabilities. I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate and create something remarkable through different like-minded individuals and different organizations with a strong and collaborative team.
