Hope Annette Namaganda serves as the Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer at Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda. She is a visionary and self-motivated professional, consistently prepared to embrace new challenges.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Hope is a Public Health Professional who has extensive expertise in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of health structures, systems, and programs. Her expertise extends beyond public health, encompassing the design, monitoring, and evaluation of programs in various sectors, including Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Governance, Livelihood, and Developmental projects.
Hope holds a postgraduate degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute. This advanced training has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to significantly contribute to the operational efficiency of the DM&E Department at GLOFORD, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and providing critical information to guide programming and innovation.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
In addition, Hope possesses advanced skills in data management, utilizing tools such as mWater, Solstice, Kobotoolbox, MS Excel, SPSS, and Stata. She remains open to continuous learning and is enthusiastic about leveraging technological advancements to support her field.
