Professional Summary: I am a dedicated and experienced Program Manager specializing in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) and Climate Change mitigation. My passion lies in developing community WASH infrastructure, addressing climate justice issues, and leveraging data-driven strategies to prioritize development. With over six years of progressive experience in the field, I have successfully managed complex projects, trained professionals, and collaborated with international organizations to drive impactful change.

Key Achievements:

Project Management: Successfully managed the “Improving Water Supply and Sustainability in Northern Uganda” (IWAS II) project in Lira and Kole, in partnership with SNV and funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation.

Capacity Building: Trained over 100 young professionals in Lira and Pader on using the mWater application for water resource management. Additionally, provided training for staff from sister organizations, including Drink Local Drink Tap, Lira District Local Government (DLG), and Pader DLG.

International Training: Conducted mWater training sessions for the Zimbabwean Water Authority staff in Zimbabwe and Save the Children International staff in South Sudan, enhancing their capacity to manage data for the WASH-related projects.

Assistant Engineering Officer: Supervise the construction of the mission cathedral auditorium for the Truth Evangelistic Fountain Ministry Cathedral in Lira, ensuring project quality and adherence to timelines.
