Dr. Morris Chris Ongom serves as the Founder and CEO of the Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda. He is a distinguished leader renowned for his visionary leadership and strategic acumen in governance, policy and advocacy engagements, anti-corruption initiatives, youth empowerment, and community development. Dr. Ongom holds an honorary Ph.D. in Community Development from the International University of Ministry and Education, Missouri, USA. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Global Governance and Leadership. With a background in Economics, he earned a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Gulu University, Uganda, with a major in Mathematics and Economics.
