Denis Emor is one of the Founder members of GLOFORD Uganda. Monitoring and Evaluation professional with more than Nine (9) years’ hands-on works experience designing and implementing evident/result based participatory monitoring and evaluation, accountability and learning in humanitarian assistance support, and development programme across WASH, Women and Child protection, Food Security and livelihood, Health, and Education programme.

As a mid-level career practicing M&E professional, Denis currently work has Monitoring and Evaluation Manager with Care International – Puntland and state of Somalia. Previously he has served at different capacities with Amref Health Africa – South Sudan, Plan International – Uganda, Mango Tree – Uganda, Child Fund International – Uganda, World Vision International – Uganda, American Refugee International, and ASB German International.

He is a finalist of masters in management studies (Public Administration), holds Post Graduate Diploma in Design Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Administration and Management, all from Uganda Management Institute, Uganda and BA Arts degree in Administrative Science, Kyambogo University.
