Grace Dorothy Atino is a passionate community development enthusiast with over five years of experience in Christ-centered institutions. She is dedicated to emancipating and upholding the rights of children and youth, including sexual and reproductive health and rights, combating gender-based violence, and training and skilling in livelihood projects. Grace has extensive experience in youth involvement in citizen governance and accountability through consultative dialogues, tackling sustainable solutions to climate change, and mitigating the negative effects of rapid urbanization on children, youth, and women.

Grace has gained vast experience in telesales, customer service relations, call center management, email correspondence, organization relations, and donor and partnership management. • Engaged stakeholders from health centers, political, religious, and cultural leaders in co-creation and co-implementation of SRHR initiatives.
• Worked with grassroots agents to identify and refer cases of rape, defilement, gender-based violence, and child abuse for medical and legal aid.
• Empowered youth and adolescents through safe spaces and linkage to AGYW and OVC programs.
