INTRODUCTION
I’m Stella Akao a dedicated volunteer with GLOFORD Uganda, serving as a Socialization Facilitator and Community –Based –Trainer. I am self-driven, motivated and hard working person. I am committed to my work which is evidenced by my ability to foster community interaction and building capacity through the facilitation and training efforts, making a significant impact on the communities.

EDUCATION
I have a certificate in Public Administration from Makerere University, Lira branch. Currently pursuing my Diploma studies in Public Administration and Management.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Currently volunteering at GLOFORD Uganda as a socialization facilitator and community-based trainer.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE OORGANIZATION.
Conducting community-based-training programs aimed at empowering the youths with skills and knowledge.

• Conducting COC (Champion of Change) training with the different youth groups under the organization.
• Mobilizing youth groups during activity implementation.
• Supporting the implementation and Monitoring progress of implementations to derive key performance indicators.
