GLOFORD Uganda continues to engage young people in SRHR conversations at sub national level with participation from the district and city leadership. In this activity, GLOFORD convened an intergenerational dialogue to discuss the current upsurge in teenage pregnancy in Lango sub region where it was reported that at least 23,549 girls below 19 years were impregnated in eight months of the COVID 19 lock down. What remains to be appreciated is governments policy and program decisions on how to support these girls to become more economically productive so that theu can support their households without depending on their parent family.
