GLOFORD partners with GIZ Civil Society in Uganda Support program to implement Youth Leadership and Empowerment (YLEAD) in Lira City and Oyam district, Lango in Northern Uganda. The project in anchored on the GLOFORD modelled Youth Parliament for leadership transformation.The program is supported by European Union and Ferederal Republic of Germany
