Dr. Morris Chris Ongom serves as the Founder and CEO of the Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda. Dr. Ongom holds an honorary Ph.D. in Community Development from the International University of Ministry and Education, Missouri, USA. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Global Governance and Leadership. With a background in Economics, he earned a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Gulu University, Uganda, with a major in Mathematics and Economics.
