The Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (IDOS) program is focused on enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of GLOFORD Uganda and its partner organizations. The core objectives are to build robust organizational structures, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. IDOS aims to ensure that GLOFORD Uganda and its partners are well-equipped to deliver high-impact programs and adapt to changing development landscapes locally, nationally and globally.

Expected Outcomes and Impact:

By 2028, IDOS aims to have significantly enhanced the institutional capacity of GLOFORD Uganda and its partners. Expected outcomes include improved organizational performance, increased funding and resource mobilization capabilities, and stronger governance and accountability mechanisms. The program also anticipates a more skilled and motivated workforce, capable of delivering high-quality programs and achieving greater impact. These outcomes will ensure that GLOFORD Uganda and its partners are well-positioned to drive sustainable development and achieve their strategic goals.
