Elwelu Emmanuel | Program Officer-Human Rights, Advocacy & Youth Governance

Elwelu Emmanuel is the Program Officer-Human Rights, Advocacy and Youth Governance GLOFORD Uganda. He is a leadership development expert with specialties in; youth and community development, child protection and advocacy for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC’s) and Primary Education. Elwelu Emmanuel has a degree in Development studies of Gulu University & certificate in education primary. He worked with Path Ministries international and Saving Grace Uganda before joining GLOFORD Uganda. He also works with Truth fountain church as a youth leader.

From his school days Elwelu Emmanuel has been a leader. He led the students as speaker Uganda National Students’ Association-UNSA, Chairperson Debating club and Chairperson Student’s Fellowship. These experiences prepared him to work closely with leaders, young people and the community at all levels.

Elwelu Emmanuel is an open minded, resourceful and result oriented individual with very dynamic and decisive ability. He has a passion for youth and community development .He has a demonstrated ability in training, guidance & counseling, team management, excellent interpersonal skills in a variety of working environments.
